Joe Woodard believes that a healthy community is the result of stable families and a robust business community. He helps individuals, families, and businesses reach financial success and independence by creating actionable plans that clients can relate and commit to. Joe also helps business owners implement tax-advantaged retirement programs to meet the owner's personal goals and employee plans to aid in employee retention.

Coordination with local tax and legal professionals allows Joe to guide retirees into plans that protect their assets, create dependable income streams, and form their legacy.

Joe is committed to constant professional devolvement so that he can provide families with the best avenues to get out from under the burden of debt, plan for an enjoyable retirement lifestyle, and give their children the opportunity to pursue college or technical degrees.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on entrepreneurship from Southern Illinois University, where his interest in working with small and medium-sized businesses began. He maintains a FINRA Series 7 registration, Missouri Securities & Advisory Business License, and Missouri Life and Health Insurance license.

He lives in Farmington, Missouri, where he and his wife are raising two daughters. His interests include hunting, vegetable gardening, musical performance, reading, and running. Most of his time outside the office is dedicated to his family and the many civic, non-profit, and faith-based organizations he is involved in.
