Dan Lusher is the Financial Advisor serving the southwest Missouri area for First State Financial Management. Being part of small, rural communities for the last 20-plus years allows him to understand the unique needs of the people that call those areas home. Dan understands that being part of a small community means serving the community. One way Dan does this is serving as a board member for the Hartville Volunteer Rural Fire District.
 
Understanding all facets of his clients’ financial picture to create a comprehensive, long-term financial plan tailored to meet those unique needs is Dan’s top priority. He measures success by his client’s ability to achieve their savings, retirement, and wealth management goals, and he cherishes the relationships that form with his clients over time. Spending 19 years in insurance and retirement planning, Dan has been most impacted when he can help clients finish in a better position than they started. Away from the office, Dan and his wife enjoy motorcycles, golf, hunting, fishing, and working the farm. They have three incredibly spoiled dogs. He and his wife raised six children, four girls and two boys, and are expecting their first grandchild in January.
